Wi-Fi drop out

It is become an increasing problem with the Wi-Fi dropping out. It's making it almost impossible to work from home. We have had both a BT engineer and a sky engineer out recently but the problem keeps getting worse. Is there anything you can do to improve the situation?

As customers here there is nothing we can do so as you did before all you can do is to call Sky again to let them know the issue is still occurring.
