lower broadband speed

Over the last few days I have been getting lower broadband speeds. I have tried disconnecting my router and restarting it with no luck, Sky have tested my broadband and say there is a fault , done the "lets fix it" but it hasn't fixed it. I normally get 40mbt/s now it only 23Mbt/s.

@Audy+uk If you have a line fault Engineer may be able to sort it without a home visit it's an unknown but if they do, then it still takes 24Hrs after sky notify you back to normal! You will see jump back up on the sky service checker 30 day history!
