@kearney99 forum members can probably help butvwe need more information.
Therefore can you post what colour hub you have? What its leds are showing (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start)
It would help if you ran the network test in the Get Help menu of the Netfix app on whatever device you stream TV through.

Important to know that 'BT Fibre' and 'Sky Fibre' is the same fibre: both ISPs use the national Openreach network and the identical connection to any individual property.
Any physical fault on that circuit would carry over with transfer from BT to Sky, as would the local wireless environment.
