Internet is not working, router appears to be broken. this has been raised previously only to be told there is nothing wrong, despite going multiple hours with no Internet access yet still paying full prices for the Internet. disgraceful service and unable to get through to speak to anyone regarding poor service received.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
When the service checker completes and gives you everything is okay can you click on broadband to get an up to date test done please to see if it then picks up the external fault.
