issues with the service checker

anyone else had or having issues with the service checker online and the app and is it a sky end isse again as iv uninstalled and restarted phone and installed the app again and getting same issue with online/app ? 😞 😞

Have you lost the service of broadband and the service app isn't reporting it?

service is working but i cant see everything is okay and running ok with my set up

Try removing the app from the device and reinstalling it from fresh to see whether that helps.
