issue with internet dropping

Hi my internet connection to iphones via wifi and laptop via ethernet is regularly dropping, almost on a daily basis 2-3 times a day on some occasions. I have made a screen grab of summary stats below - anyone got any ideas?

@ColinOrmston  Did you re-start the router around 33 minutes before taking those router stats or did the router re-start on its own?

Mine is doing the same but multiple times a day.  I work from home and this is causing me major issues!

Your router stats show your running a fairly old Sky router, it may be worth getting a newer replacement to see that solves your issue

@jamesn123 thanks for insight - yes it is quite old! Would I be best simply requesting replacement via Sky or go for a third party option?
