I've already cancelled mine, was with Vodafone before and had no problems only changed as they put the price up ridiculously....however I have been able to go back to them on a better deal so they've already lost my custom. Not that they seem to care. Compensation is one thing but the stress I've had over this 2 weeks with 2 teenagers with college work to do and the fact I've not been able to work from home is just too much. I wouldn't have minded so much if I hadn't been passed from pillar to post when I knew and had already been told by openreach it wasn't anything an engineer could fix. And they just keep booking engineers which is just wasting time. I'll never come back to them now it's been a nightmare!
