Broadband issues but Internet speed check is fine

Hi

 

Can anyone help. Our internet is causing us problems.

Speed check is fine and so was the check I did on Sky. 

However we are struggling with our mobile devices. Internet is dropping out or is slow. We are using 4g.

 

I saw someone ask for this information so hopefully it helps

Click on maintenance along the top and sign in with

 

Username       admin

Password         sky or wifi password on the back of the hub

 

At the bottom of maintenance click show statistics
