internet not working

All lights on box are green  Box has been turned off and thenback on to reset.  Ran the test throught the account on line and ot says everything is good BUT there is no internet to the smart tv. All apps on TV are saying that there is no internet..

Can you connect using any other devices to the router (either ethernet or WiFi)? Is it the actual television that won't connect or perhaps a Sky Q box, Glass TV or Stream?
