internet keep dropping off

over the last last couple of day my internet keeps drop off i have power and wireless stay on but the intrernet turn off and after around 2 mins comes back on amber then 3 minters late goes back green i have had this happen 7 time in the last 3 days anyone else had this issues or have a reslove it many thanks

@kyle87  Can you run the broadband test when the disconnect happens.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi, since 1 month WiFi dropping down and done your procedures by removing the wire and putting back, switch OFF and ON the main. But same problems I face.

yes i havd done both test just gone again 3 time in a row

Hello, 

Everyday the same problem again and again, it's dropping down.

Interest light is blinking amber.

Since 1 month.

I think you should replace the internet device.

@Broadband+renewal As you jumped on some one else's post not always best.

You are not talking to anyone on the Sky forum, it is a cust - cust help and support and sky will no nothing about your issue, if you wish please post your stat's from following the pinned post or link below.

it looks like it could be an ip issues
