internet issues

Hi,

I hope this email finds you well.

Since becoming a new customer in December 2023, I have encountered several issues with my service:

1. The Wifi is unacceptably slow.
2. My laptop experiences significant lagging problems.
3. The router often loses connection, forcing me to restart my security system daily.
4. The Wifi range is inadequate. Please note that I have already purchased a Wi-Fi extender, but the issue has persisted. The Wi-Fi worked fine with my previous provider, but the issue has persisted since switching to Sky.

These ongoing problems are quite a nuisance, especially since I am paying for a service. I was previously with UW for many years without any of these issues.

I have attempted to resolve the situation by restarting the router multiple times, but unfortunately, this has not addressed the problems.

Given that my contract runs until June 2025, I am eager to resolve these issues so that I can continue my relationship with Sky.

@Tracy19680  Have you had any more drops in the connection since the last time you restarted the router? Do you have a black or white router from Sky?
