Keep on going off line

I keep on getting a message saying I am off line. I have turned my router on and off. All lights are on. Wi Fi check says there is no problem. I'm at a loss. The problem is intermittent

@LesleyMail  Has the connection dropped since you last restarted the router? What colour of router do you have from Sky black or white?
