internet issues

My internet has been dipping in and out for months. Resetting the router normally works. I have changed the micro filter today with a new one. The internet tester is green across the board, but I still can't connect to the internet.

@Darth+Fluffy Sky's servicecchecker cannot pick up connection failures for a period its a known issue. If the service is still down this morning and the service checker in the My Sky app run overca mobile connection is not indicating Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line call Sky to report it.
