internet issue

good evening, our internet connection is absolutely dreadful for the past 3 weeks if not longer, constantly resetting the router. tonight is particularly bad, 5 times in a space of 2 hours resetting, amber light flashing in the router ! 

ive tried the general internet connection on my phone and its reading the connection is good 🤷🏻‍♀️ certainly not, only a lap top and an i pad being used at this particular time .

@margaret681 you are not alone as the recent spell of very wet weather has caused many similar reports. You need to talk to Sky so they can get an engineer to check your line but that is likely to take a few days ascthere are so many reports of issues.
