Sky Stream connection lost! App says there are no issues but my internet won’t work.

App says no issues but connection keeps dropping.

 

sky stream is crap!!

@Sinead791 & @KMA1 the app shows the report when the system last tested your line if you click through it will run the test again which will give a different result. If there us known issue with your connection it will tell you if there isn't then you need to call Sky and report the loss of service.

 

However as you will see from the forum there are lots of similar reports many of which are due to the exceptional weather as continous heavy rain causes issues with coper phone lines. Openreach who own  and manage the phone network are exeptionally busy so there can be delays in getting engineers out to each report and often there is little that can be done but to wait for the line to dry out.
