internet is dropping

my internet is dropping this keeps happening and I m not happy at all, you take good money and the service is poor. you hype your internet is fast , rubbish. I don't like. !! fixx it I'm getting annoyed. nothing indoors as I tested it. so sort the outside issue.. TODAY!

Openreach has a two working day target time to fix, starting the following working day morning.  If you want Openreach attendance you'll need to log a fault with Sky: a forum post doesn't do that.
