about 1h ago lost ineternet. i have green light on power and on wifi. internet and voice symbols no lights at all.

@Tinaaa Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

@Tinaaa you can call Sky and teport the issue. If your hub still has smiley faces it is very old and should be replaced mention thst ehile on the phone.
