internet down, amber light, reset won't work

the internet / wifi keeps going down, amber light showing on hub, we tried reset button and won't work.

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Mine has been same since yesterday. I did a sky service check and it says everything is fine but it's not fine as non of my devices can connect to it
