Joining Sky

Hi All, I signed up to join Sky on the 23rd August and my line supposed to go active next Monday but so far I haven't received a router or even a routine email. The only email I got was to confirm my order which is just that. Is it normal to wait that long???

 

Signed up to track my order on the website and its always the "Oops, that didn't work" error.

@Anonymous use the chat icon that the Sky escalation team has added to the forum pages. This is something Sky have to sort out rather than something forum experts can help,with.
