intermittent connection

my connection keeps dropping off. I phined support and they did a test and siad there was an issue. When I went to the checker it said nothing was wrong

Did they give you any idea where the issue was?

Did they book an engineerr?

No it was all automated. I need an engineer i think.

No, evrything looks fine but for the last two days the connection drops off for a couple of minutes then comaes back. Its happening a lot. The checker says everything is fine.

for the last few days from 3 to 4 PM onwards I am also getting instablity issue test come back but the connection is dropping I know its only in from this time on as I spent the whole day online on VOIP calls without issue since 3 calls drop every 5 minutes it was the same for the last 3 days at least.

 

not full connection drop no lights go off just small connection or lag spikes causing connections to time out
