connection broken at hub showing orange lights on both Internet and voice

happened at 1450 sunday 6/10/24 and again 0956 today 7/10/24 which also cu off phone line mid call..

@lone+dog Does the connection come back itself or do you have to re-boot the router for to get the connection back?
