My iPhone 13 and my husbands iPhone X aren't connecting to our sky wifi. iPad, laptop all worki by ok, just the iPhones. I've turned both phones off and on again, turned router off but still not working

I have the same issue but it's intermittent sometimes works fine other times not

We have the same issue with Apple devices. Tried resetting the existing network connections but it still keeps dropping out. Also having problems with the Switch. No issue (so far) with our ancient PC (via Wifi dongle) or Samsung devices. What else can we try?

Same issue. Neither of our iPhones can connect to our Sky wifi. All other devices are fine.

Try turning off Limit IP Address Tracking by going into settings>wifi>your WiFi ssid
