I am a person with a disability and I learned that I can benefit from a discount if I request to subscribe to the Wi-Fi service. Do you have this service or not?

Note this isn't a 'discount': it's a lower tier broadband service on which the ISP basically isn't making a profit.

It's also not based on disability, but on receipt of one of the qualifying benefits.
