i signed up to sky broadband but have not been sent a contract

Hi all,

 

I signed up for broadband and paid yesterday, but haven't been sent a contract, SkyID to track my order, or my gift card.

 

When will I receive these?

For the gift card whoever you signed up with Sky will not send it until you have been up and running for a while, probably as much as 30 days so you go past any possible colling off cancelalltion period.

 

Your Sky ID is something you need to create yourself which you can do using your account and/or payment details:

Once you have done this you should be able to access your message here which is where the contrqacts details should be:

https://www.sky.com/mymessages
