Broadband installation advice
My partner had a full fibre broadband contract with EE that came to an end recently. We want to open a new contract with sky, and so I put that I don't currently have broadband when asked by sky. However they are saying they need to get engineers to do installation work/assessments and the installation date is very far in the future due to this. My question is that if I tell them I have currently got full fibre installed (although the contract has ended) would this bring the installation date forward at all or would work still need to be done to install this?

Re: Broadband installation advice
Hi @Chloe255
Thats an odd one. Sky should have record of whats installed at your home already as its made available by Openreach. What kind of date are they quoting?
