i have a sky router which is active my partner passed away so unable to find sky id account number

hi i have a sky router which is active but my partner got all emails and paid for sky internet he has passed away so i dont have customer id to continue to keep the account as i cant get through to talk to anyone i simply wish to take over the account give new bank details etc before its just cut off please can somebody help as im going round in circle i do hot have the 12 digit account code to access the account
