I have just signed up for sky. Is the hub just plugged into a mains socket and that is it?

Now you are only missing an ethernet cable.. Just sit back and relax and just post here closer to the time if there are any further issues.
P.S. glad you sorted that bit about the 12GB cap. 👍

What package have you opted for
Superfast fttc requires a openreach mastersocket
Ultrafast fttp requires an ont. If you don't have one is will be installed on the day of activation

I have opted for ultrafast+ 500

Have you received a conversion kit ethernet cable? This will connect from lan 4 on the sky hub to the ont when installed
Again when is your activation date?

I have not had an ONT fitted, and no mention has been made of it. Activation date is 25/ 3/24. It is a 4.2 hub

Thats a long wait . The ont pictured above will be the last thing to be installed by openreach. After which they contact sky to activate you

I have not had a conversion kit supplied for activation on 25/march/24
14 Feb 2024 06:08 PM
The wait was my choice and no mention has been made so far

Thats strange the hub is sent out usually to be with you the day before activation. The conversion kit is usually the first. Enter your full address below in the link and post the notes under the table

Ah, if it was your choice little posting the info. That would only give info relating to issues on openreach end 👍

I am sorry, I do not fully understand this answer. Is there possibly some spelling mistakes

Meant to say theres little point posting the info requested from the link as that only applies to delays from openreach
