yeah calling them isnt really an option as no phone signal. at best if near land its 3GBP a minute or 12GBP a min on a sat phone and takes sky 30 min to answer on a good day.
they canceled my interet and phone from Feb 2nd, but charged me for the full month of Feb.
from March the bill drops to TV only at 35GBP.
Virgin media doing a tv, phone & internet package for 36 GBP.
think this one is a no brainer.
