guaranteed broadband speed

Hello, the guaranteed speed of my broadband is lower than it should be for 5 months. The problem is still there. Today I consulted with technical support and they are supposed to send me a new router. But I would like a refund for the months in which my guaranteed speed did not meet the promise

@Karolmrk You won't get a refund for all the months, the guarantee only offers one month's refund, you will have to call Sky to make the claim.

Note speed isn't 'guaranteed' at all: the guarantee is of the one month refund for qualifying customers.
