Engineer arrived to connect the Broadband to my house. He indicated that there would have to be groundworks done outside on the street and onto my property. Since then ive heard nothing more and had no contact with regards to getting this done. Who do I get in touch with because all im able to do is arrange more appointment for fitting the broadband in the house.

you will need to get in touch about this. If the works are n the street then Openreach will need to get permission from the local council before starting the work.
