@adc001  What does it show here?  https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome

If you could post an image of the results removing any address/cabinet data.

It may take some time for Sky to update, although when FTTP came to my address Sky were updated fairly quickly while other providers were not.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's been observed that Sky is sometimes rather slow in adding newly provisioned areas to its sales database.  More rarely, there may be no choice in ISP at all for quite a while.

Its available. As suggested sky could be slow/delayed in getting the database update.  Try sky again in 2-4 weeks

Ok.  All notes indicate a straight forward install so it does look like sky hasn't got a database update.  Contact sky again in a couple of weeks

Re: full fibre

I'm led to believe, (by someone that I think worked for Openreach), that the key issue is whether the ISP has the necessary equipment in place at the exchange.  If they do not, that is what causes the delay.  (It is also worth noting that the "exchange" for full fibre is not necessarily your traditional exchange).
