frequent internet connection problems

Hello,

I am experiencing frequent internet connection problems. The connection keeps dropping continuously. A technician recently visited and said the issue was addressed, but the problem persists.

I urgently request a solution to this matter.

As we are customers here who help each other we can't fix this so have you either run the broadband line test via the MySky app or called Sky about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
