When am i getting connected to sky broadbond

My new sim card arrived last week. And I am still awaiting new modem.

When is it Coming

The router should be with you a day or two before activation

what does it say in my orders in your my sky app

That is t to do with Sky Broadband as Sky Mobile and briadband are seperate.
