fed up

i had my service installed yesterday cannot get connection to tv via wi-FI however I have been able to get my computer and phone to get sky WI-FI but television does not connect to the wi-fi

When you say TV, what exactly do you mean? A Smart TV? Sky Glass? Sky Stream? Sky Q? Sky +?

Has there been any error messages?

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
