faster broadband for less

I am looking at my upgrade options and I can go from utra 150 to Full Fibre 300 for £1 less than I am paying now or for £2 more Full Fibre 500, why has sky not contacted me to offer these deals? Is this normal that you pay more for less, pretty poorway to treat longstanding customers.

@rogonWhen I was moving from Superfast broadband to ultrafast broadband I got a cheaper deal. But I had to call in to get that.  Do you really need the 500 or would the 300 do you speed wise and thus get you a better deal. But you also have to remember that there are Black Friday deals going on just now.

I have now phoned up and had my speed boosted from 150 to 500 for the same price, very happy but confused.
