extreamly slow speed

Sky has been lying to me on regular basis stating my download speed which states trhat the speed is 37 mps and i have been checking with speed test for the last week and i am only getting 3 mbps. I am out of contract i know now but my bill has gone up from £56 per month and now i have just found out it is over £90 per month and has been since Christmas. I am extreamly disgusted with sky. I was alos tricked into skytalk thinking it was keeping my land line but insted was a mobile and was sent a tablet I complained at the time but they stated i had allready taken out the contract I have only used the mobile 4 times in 2.5 years. I then had to pay to keep landline number. Anyone else had this type of Problems> a copy of this will be sent to watchdog and any other company willing to take on sky!!!

'Sky Talk' is a landline voice call service.

 

Sky Mobile is a different part of the business with a separate contract.

10 mins after posting this brordband speed went up to 33 mbps (funny that)
