engineer visit

due to the fact that I work I cannot be at home until 5 pm, the engineer's visit is scheduled for January 31, I will work on this day, when I try to change to January 29 or 30 it does not allow me, could you change to 29 or January 30th anytime, I'll be home these days

No one on the forum can change your appointment the date provided will be the earliest available, you won;t be ble to bring it forward, you have 2 options, have familiy member (adult) at the property or delay the the appountment for a day you  will be there?

 

If you miss an appointment Sky will charge £25 for this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You cannot bring forward an installation, you can only reschedule for a later date
