download speed

We ahve a new PC and sof ar it has taken 4 days to dowload 60% of fortnite! ALl sky checks say download speed is as it should be (67.7Mb/s) but any other speed test says it is down to 4.74 - 8.6 (which is ridiculous but unfoirtuneately is much more reflecticve of jhow slow it is going). However. sky continues to tell me it is fine adn there are no problems. I am not an expert on anything technical so providing lots of information on what it should be doing or 'troublershooting' is useless!!

The Sky test reports speed arriving at the Hub.  If you are using WiFi then it's quite likely that speed at the computer going to be different.

For a games PC or a games console where you're going to be doing large downloads frequently you absolutely have to use an ethernet cable to the router, even more so given your relatively low speed to the hub in the first place.
