disable SIP ALG

I need to disable SIP ALG for my VOIP phone to work. Please can anyone advise how I can do this?

@HollyGemma you can do thst yourself by using web interface if you have a black Sky hub. If you have a white Sky hub please post again and a forum superuser will escalate your post as itvrequires action by Sky.

@HollyGemma from that Inassume you have a upright black Sky hub. Type 192.168.0.1 into a browser and hitvreturn thstvshould open the hub's web interface click on Advanced and you will becasked to log in use admin as the user and use the wifi password on the label. If Inremember correctly you should find thexswitch forvthe SIP/ALG in advanced if not look in the other tzbs.
