Can’t connect to my sky hub

So 9:30 10 o'clock this morning my sky hub went off. I have taken out the plugs disconnected all the cables left it for 5 to 10 minutes reconnected the red light is a solid red light is not flashing still won't connect, this sky hub is three months old

@Devonne01  Did it go into this state this morning before you pulled out the power plug? Are you on superfast or ultrafast broadband with Sky?
