devices keep loosing internet connectipon.

my devices stay connected to the wifi, but every 20 min or so the internet is disconnected , when i check the wifi connection on the device its still connected but wifi is displaying internet disconnected. 

after a minute or so it connects again to the internet. this has just started happening today

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

@Roy86 If you can and have multiple devices connected on the wireless wifi, see if they all disappear at the same time and it is just not one specific device with the problem?
