I'm trying to temporarily change my sky Q router( black ) From 5 GHz to 2.4 GHz to allow me to download something on my iPhone 14 pro Max Using my sky account !.
have tryed logging into my account via the ip add and my password but keep getting access Denied so i cant change the setting !

it's not a app its a control called Batport for a Batmobile i have made and upgraded the electronics so the Batmobile sounds etc can be
Controlled by my phone !.
Im trying to download the Batwifi sent out by my batmobile temporaily so i can successfully get the batport at [removed] !
as metioned im getting nowhere accessing my skys router to change the GHZ FROM 5 to 2.4 !.

@DuncanNixon see Split Sky WiFi bands for how to access the settings for WiFi on a black Sky hub.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
