change the service

Hi.

Can you please tell me about the options to cut the cost of your service please. I will like to change for slower internet to pay less. Please let me know the options and step by step how I can do this - or if you can do this for me with the date: asap.

I will be appreciate for your help.

@SheridanF Sky cannot answer forum posts as they do not know who you are.

 

However as a general rule while Sky allow you to upgrade during the contract they do not allow downgrading so unless you are out of the 24 month fixed contract period you are stuck. If you are out of contract shoparound to find a service you can afford and call Sky and ask them to match it.

 

However if you are receiving one of the state means tested benefits like Universal or Pension credit you maybe eligible for Sky's social tariff as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-social-tariff
