cannot connect camera to wi fi
can anyone help me connect a new tapo c200 to my wifi its not connecting what ever i dod turning everything of and reseting deviceses but still not connected can anyone help me please

@caz143 check the coour of your Sky hub's label very.
If it is white use the Hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app to temporarily turn off the 5GHz wifi band, then connectvthe camera once connected tiurn the band back on.
If its black follow the instructions here Split Sky WiFi bands
