cancel my account

I booked an order with a cancelled account, but it has not been shipped yet. I hope it will be shipped on the 6th because I need to leave the UK on the 7th. What should I do?

@Tian17  You are not talking to Sky, we are customers like yourself. You would need to call Sky about this as they don't know who you are from a forum post.

I'm paying for 1tb and only eve got between 400/500.  Can I cancel my account

@Huw747  Sky broadband don't offfer a 1TB service, so I assum you mean you're payingt for up to 1gbps?

You also can't use the forum to request a cancellation as per the post by @Highlinder
