can I select a device for internet priority?

so i am on my pc downloading something and i want it faster, its going at about 1.25MB/s and that is horrid for my package of super fast fibre, is there a way to select internet priority so my pc gets the most?

No model of Sky Hub has the capability to do so.

@_Shaf_  Are you not able to connect it via Ethernet and to make sure we are getting this right you are measuring this speed right as MB and mb there is a difference.
