broardband and landline

hi iv had no broardband or landline for nearly 2 weeks now. all sky keep saying is its a outage I don't no when it's coming back on ND it's so frustrating.im live Radford nottingham.is any one els HAVEING this problem

It may be that Openreach will have to dig up the road or pavement to fix the issue so will have to gain permission from the local council. You will now be eligible for auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it once it’s fixed. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.
