No: that's outside the remit of any domestic ISP.
The best solution is always ethernet cable, then powerline networking. Beyond that, exotic solutions such as point-to-point wifi might be worth investigating: typically 'boosters' are unsatisfactory because they are intended to be mid-point devices, but can sometimes help if positioned as close as possible to the external location while stil being inside the main building.

thanks @TimmyBGood
From my research sounds like ethernet cable from router in house running to office & connected to an access point will give me wifi i want in office.. does that sound right?
If so, any access points you'd recommend?

Personally I've got ethernet (direct-bury external-grade) to an ethernet switch and then a BT 'Whole Home' disk: if you can source a Sky wireless booster to match your Sky Hub then that's the easiest set-up. In the past I've also used cheap and cheerful TP-Link APs.
