broadband speed below 25 gaurantee

my broadband speed is yet again below the gaurantee 25 mbps speed , the router went of 2 day ago and the speed then dropped it does this everytime, please check my broadband history for more imformation.

forget my enquiry my pc wont allow me to get access to my router i will now look to another broadband supplier
