broadband slow

I have been haveing trouble with my speed for a while, I had a message saying I could leave sky without a penalty. when i phoned I was tol there is no problem with the speed. I checked again and it was back to 51g. but latelyit has gone back to 20. yet they messaged everything wwas fine. getting fed up now.

@Maltwigg199 What sky router do you have, link below to get the router stat's, have a look and if applies post your's up.

@Maltwigg199 Thanks for the reply, you may not be able to get stat's info from it as all app driven, was trying to see if you had a potential line issue, See the link below about lights, you have posted a few times now speed related so trying to see if any help for you. Will go take a look at your posting history.

Are you also on a copper fttc connection with the sky Max hub, ie it is plugged into an OR Master phone socket?

@Maltwigg199 No problem, best way to do it, nothing worse than an intermittent fault that comes and goes....
